Create an Apple ID 
App Store > tap sign-in button > Create New Apple ID with your @jwdanforth.com email


Reset Apple ID Password
Settings > Tap name/Apple ID > Password & Security > Change Password > Follow onscreen instructions
Forgot Apple ID Password
Contact Apple Support, it may take a few days to restore account access.
Lockscreen Passcodes
Reset Lockscreen Passcode
Settings > Face/Touch ID & Passcode > Enter old code > Change Passcode > Enter old code > Enter new code > Next > Verify new code > Done


Forgot Lockscreen Passcode
If forgotten, DO NOT GUESS, iOS disables/erases devices after 10 wrong tries if Erase Data in Passcode settings is on. 
Write down remembered codes, use process of elimination to determine most likely before trying. 

Lockout starts at 5 wrong tries. If completely forgotten, the only option is device reset and data restore from iCloud backup.



Locked Out/Disabled Devices
Notify and return to IT, any iCloud backup data with an Apple ID is recoverable.
 
Mail Accounts
Missing calendar, contacts, email?
Check your Mail account settings, re-enter password.
Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > Select Danforth O365 Email > Re-enter Password if prompted > Tap sliders to sync proper content > Save
Cell Service

Cell service troubleshooting

Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data > Turn cellular data off and back on

Personal Hotspot

Setup Personal Hotspot if internet isn't available

Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot OR Settings > Personal Hotspot > Tap slider to Allow Others to Join
Wi-Fi Calling
Setup Wi-Fi Calling if cell service isn't available
Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling. 
You may need to enter or confirm your address for emergency services.
