Procore  MFA:

If a user is having trouble completing MFA when signing into ProCore on a mobile device they will most likely need EMCOR to reset the user’s MFA (This will not affect the Danforth MFA devices that we have access to manage).

EMCOR provides this knowledge base article for requesting an MFA reset: Knowledge - Request an MFA Reset

To request an MFA reset on behalf of a user, use the Get Help form in Service Now Get Help - Employee Center.

Short Description: MFA Reset

Description: **USER**  (**USER EMAIL**) has been unable to access ProCore since we had SSO set up.

When signing in with MFA they are shown the 2 digits to enter into the Authenticator app but they do not receive a notification.

Multiple Danforth users have experienced this issue and resetting their MFA has resolved it.

After submitting, you should receive an interaction number. Search for the number in Service Now and then on the interaction page set the assignment group to 290 - Corporate IT - Collaboration Services (See Example Below).

Once you receive an email letting you know the ticket is complete, have the user try signing into ProCore again. They may be prompted to set up MFA again, have then follow the steps they see on their mobile device to access ProCore.
